Come to our daffodil field at the start of the season and tulip field (mid-April) and create memories that you will cherish forever! Whether you are radiant in your most beautiful outfit or just enjoying nature, our flower field offers the perfect setting for your own photo shoot.

Flowers have a magical attraction for people and we would like to share our love for daffodils and tulips with you. You are welcome to visit our daffodil production field and later in the season the tulips to take your own photos. The flower that everyone is crazy about and likes to have their photo taken with. You will have more than three quarters of an hour to take those coveted photos among the flowers. An experience to capture forever. There is always an employee walking with you after the production field so that you can also ask questions about tulip cultivation.

Family Outing

De Tulperij farm is the ideal place for a family activity! Take our educational scavenger hunt with the children. Walking in the open air, through the showgarden and you will loolkfor questions about bees (very important for pollination of the flowers and biodiversity), tulips, daffodils and hyacinths (these are the flowers that are often used on the parade floats).

After the walkingtour there are a nice surprise for the children.

Children can discover the flowers for € 4,95 per child. Reservation in advance in not nescessary.

The Flower Parade of the Bollenstreek is a unique experience that you should not miss. We have put together a special package with Hop on Hop off Holland. This is a nice package on 12 April 2025. From Amsterdam at THIS IS HOLLAND. (Behind Central Station) you will take the bus to our farm De Tulperij in Voorhout. Here you will have the experience of an excursion about tulips from Daan, the bulb grower. You will have time to take pictures also in the tulip field. Then you will be taken by bus to the tribuun where you will enjoy the flower parade. Afterwards you will be taken back to Amsterdam by bus.

Giant bulbs

This Giant Bulb is an ode to the bulb barn. Bulb barns are built as storage and workspace for the bulb-farmers. In the past, the flower bulbs were dried on wooden racks in the barn. There was also a work area for peeling, sorting and packaging the bulbs. Bulb barns are iconic elements in the cultural-historical heritage of the Dune and Bulb Region. This Giant Sphere depicts a convex barn, which is bursting at the seams.

The sphere was made by Simon Balyon and can be seen at De Tulperij.

A cycle route has been set out following the various ‘giant bulbs’ in the Bollenstreek.

Location and partners

Our company is located only 7 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike from Keukenhof Lisse. This makes it the ideal combination to visit both attractions in one day. Centrally located in the Bollenstreek, we work together with various partners who have included a visit to our company in their tour. Hop on a bike with a guide towards De Tulperij, make a GPS audio tour with a Twizy or take a boat tour over the Kagerplassen in combination with. a visit to our colorful sea of flowers.
